Yay, today I finished my first little project in Ruby on Rails.
What I did was simply port the CheapCarHire-site from the DCiJ assignment from Java over to RoR. I’m pretty sure the code is pretty amateurish and it certainly was no big thing, since a lot of stuff was done in Javascript and had not to be changed at all. But it was still a nice exercise.
And one thing is certain, ActiveRecord will eat Kodo JDO for breakfast any time.
